Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement marquant s\u2019\u00e9tendait sur plus de 1.500 kilom\u00e8tres, traversant la France et la Belgique, et constitue la premi\u00e8re marche de ce genre en France. L\u2019objectif de ce p\u00e9riple \u00e9tait de d\u00e9noncer la p\u00e9docriminalit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9clamer que cette lutte soit d\u00e9clar\u00e9e <strong>Grande Cause Nationale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Farid Dms Debah<\/strong>, qui pr\u00e9side l&rsquo;association \u00ab <strong>Touche pas \u00e0 mon enfant &#8211; Europe<\/strong> \u00bb depuis 2016, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se lancer dans cette marche en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il consid\u00e8re comme l\u2019inaction des pouvoirs publics et la passivit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la population face \u00e0 la p\u00e9docriminalit\u00e9. Ce projet, n\u00e9 d\u2019un profond d\u00e9sespoir, visait \u00e0 attirer l\u2019attention sur un probl\u00e8me majeur qui n\u2019est pas suffisamment pris en compte par les autorit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9part de la marche a eu lieu le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2024 au Domaine Dms Debah, et s\u2019est achev\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruxelles, en Belgique, le 2 avril 2024. Cette marche comprenait 55 \u00e9tapes, chacune d\u2019environ trente kilom\u00e8tres, marquant un itin\u00e9raire rigoureux et symbolique. \u00c0 la 46e \u00e9tape, \u00e0 \u00c9tampes\/Paris, une pause d&rsquo;une semaine a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e du 17 au 25 mars 2024, avant de reprendre pour terminer les derni\u00e8res \u00e9tapes du parcours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un P\u00e9riple Historique pour une Cause Nationale<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>En cours de route, cinq manifestations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es dans des villes cl\u00e9s pour amplifier le message de la marche. Ces rassemblements ont eu lieu \u00e0 Montpellier, Marseille, Lyon, Paris, et enfin \u00e0 Bruxelles. \u00c0 Paris, une manifestation pr\u00e9vue initialement pour un cort\u00e8ge de la Place de la Bastille \u00e0 la Place de la R\u00e9publique a d\u00fb \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e en un rassemblement statique, en raison d&rsquo;une d\u00e9cision tardive de la pr\u00e9fecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"nv-iframe-embed\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"La Grande Marche - l&#039;aventure continue en 2026\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TwXSBK9lOqM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des T\u00e9moignages Puissants en Direct<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019un des aspects innovants de cette marche a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour sensibiliser le public en temps r\u00e9el. Farid Dms Debah a diffus\u00e9 en direct chaque \u00e9tape de la marche sur le r\u00e9seau social TikTok, avec des retransmissions quotidiennes de sept heures en moyenne. Ces lives ont offert une plateforme aux victimes de p\u00e9docriminalit\u00e9 pour partager leurs exp\u00e9riences et leurs traumatismes, parfois pour la premi\u00e8re fois, devant un large public. En tout, ces retransmissions ont accumul\u00e9 des centaines d\u2019heures de contenu, mettant en lumi\u00e8re la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 souvent ignor\u00e9e des agressions sexuelles sur mineurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une P\u00e9tition pour Interdire les Sites de Rencontres pour Mineurs<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;initiative de <strong>Farid Dms Debah<\/strong> ne s&rsquo;est pas arr\u00eat\u00e9e \u00e0 cette marche. Le 17 ao\u00fbt 2023, il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 lanc\u00e9 une p\u00e9tition visant \u00e0 interdire les sites et applications de rencontres pour mineurs, souvent infiltr\u00e9s par des adultes. Cependant, la faible mobilisation autour de cette p\u00e9tition, avec seulement environ 35 000 signatures au moment du d\u00e9part de la marche, a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019une des motivations derri\u00e8re cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement. L\u2019un des objectifs de la marche \u00e9tait de d\u00e9poser symboliquement cette p\u00e9tition au Parlement fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 Paris et au Parlement europ\u00e9en \u00e0 aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelques chiffres<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;INSERM&nbsp;(<em>Institut national de la sant\u00e9 et de la recherche m\u00e9dicale<\/em>)&nbsp;dans son rapport \u00ab\u00a0Sauv\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb&nbsp;<strong>5,4 millions de mineurs auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de p\u00e9docriminalit\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;entre 1950 et 2020&nbsp;en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En France, chaque ann\u00e9e, selon la CIIVISE (<em>Commission Ind\u00e9pendante sur l&rsquo;Inceste et les Violences Sexuelles faites aux Enfants<\/em>), 160.000 enfants sont victimes d&rsquo;agressions sexuelles soit <strong>1 enfants toutes les 3 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En&nbsp;2022,&nbsp;<strong>43 202 disparitions de&nbsp;mineurs<\/strong>&nbsp;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9es aux services de police et de gendarmerie, soit&nbsp;<strong>plus de 118 enfants par jour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un Appel \u00e0 l\u2019Action pour une Priorit\u00e9 Nationale<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la marche elle-m\u00eame, <strong>Farid Dms Debah<\/strong> a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 transformer l\u2019indignation en action, en incitant \u00e0 une prise de conscience nationale sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de d\u00e9clarer la lutte contre la p\u00e9docriminalit\u00e9 comme une priorit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
